Rukia Warsame is the Founder and CEO of HIRSD, Microfinance Operation Manager at Galaxy International Bank, Master’s Candidate (Islamic Economics and Finance at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Istanbul, Turkey), and BSc. in Accounting from Simad University.
Former Head of the research team at U.S.-registered full-service Monitoring and Evaluation provider PGM Africa. She has five years of experience designing, implementing, and reporting programs on a multi-year basis or initiating baseline to the end of a term. She also has experience conducting Digital quantitative research and third-party Monitoring. she has successfully delivered several projects such as DFID, UNICEF, and SIDA.
