Ruslan Nagayev, Ph.D. in Islamic Finance (INCEIF, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), received the President’s Award for the best Ph.D. MSc in Islamic Finance, (INCEIF), BBA (Misr University for Science and Technology Egypt), is an Advisor at HIRSD. Working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Islamic Economics and Finance in Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University (Turkey). Mr. Ruslan is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance (JIEF). He has produced several academic publications and worked on projects. His research interest falls in the area of Islamic Finance, capital markets, and applied econometrics.
