Third-Party Monitoring
Third-party monitoring enables organizations to improve quality assurance of agreed-upon performance indicators and milestones as well as providing the perspective of beneficiaries and the data necessary to enable evidence-based decision-making.
In order to provide a tightly controlled, quick-response, and on-site quality control mechanism in real-time, the HIRSD third-party monitoring team has deployed monitors throughout the regions of Somalia. The team administers all monitoring assignments from in-country and regional offices. In particular, this in-country management system enables HIRSD to carry out training, coordinate data collection, and provide the essential logistics required to support large-scope data collecting in the areas of:
- Performance Monitoring Plans
- Evaluation Design
- Baseline Studies
- Capacity Assessments
- Survey Management and Data analysis
- Mid-term Evaluations
- End-of-Project Evaluations
- Impact Evaluations
